Dragon Age The Veilguard - Minrathous

As promised, BioWare has provided extensive details on the PC version of Dragon Age: The Veilguard. Ray tracing and Nvidia DLSS 3 were already confirmed, with other upscaling solutions like FSR 2.2 and XeSS also supported. However, there’s also support for 21:9 Ultrawide monitors. Players can also turn “Cinematic Aspect Ratio” off to remove black bars during cinematics.

Other confirmed features include a field of view slider, uncapped frame rate, full HDR support, native support for DualSense (complete with haptic feedback) and Xbox controllers. Seamless transitions between keyboard+mouse and controllers are possible, and you can customize class-specific key bindings.

There’s also an Ultra RT mode for ray tracing tailored towards “extremely” high-end rigs. PC players can also look forward to Nvidia Reflex support, fractional rate VSync, optional dynamic resolution scaling, and settings to adjust post-processing quality, terrain quality, lighting quality, contact shadows, and more.

Other PC features are still to be revealed, so stay tuned for further details in the coming weeks. Dragon Age: The Veilguard launches on October 31st for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Check out the PC requirements for the title here.
