Unsurprisingly, Square Enix's upcoming PS5 RPG has once again topped Famitsu's charts for the most highly anticipated games.

Final Fantasy 16

Famitsu’s weekly charts for the most highly anticipated upcoming games (as voted by their readers) haven’t seen a lot of significant movement at the top in quite some time. Final Fantasy 16 has been consistently taking the pole position week after week, and did so last week as well. It maintains a heathy lead over Breath of the Wild’s upcoming sequel, which hangs on to second place.

As is the case most week, other than Final Fantasy 16, the PS5 version of Gran Turismo 7 is the only other non-Switch game in the top 10. Major upcoming first party Nintendo games like Splatoon 3 (at No. 3), Bayonetta 3 (No. 4), and Kirby and the Forgotten Land (No. 10) are all in there. Pokemon Legends: Arceuswhich hadn’t yet launched when voting took place, is placed at No. 10.

Triangle Strategy is yet another upcoming Switch exclusive in the charts, taking eighth place. Dragon Quest 10 Offline and Ushiro at No. 5 and No. 9 respectively round out the charts.

You can check out the full top 10 below. All votes were cast by Famitsu readers between January 13 and January 19.
