Alongside Queen Dizzy, Venom, and new fighter Unika, Arc System Works revealed a fourth DLC character for Season Pass 4. In a new trailer, it’s confirmed to be Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. No concept art was revealed, but she will arrive in 2025.
Lucyna Kushinada, or Lucy, was the deuteragonist of the show, animated by STUDIO TRIGGER, and utilizes two Monowires to shred enemies apart. She also wields Unity, an Exotic Heavy Pistol. As part of Maine’s netrunner crew, she takes on various Jobs throughout the show but ultimately wants to leave Night City and go to the Moon.
Though Edgerunners appeared in CD Projekt RED’s Cyberpunk 2077 with a post-launch update, this is the anime’s first video game collaboration. It should be interesting to see how Lucy’s story plays out.
Guilty Gear Strive is available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Cyberpunk 2077 is available for the same platforms, though its latest updates and Phantom Liberty are exclusive to current-gen. Check out our review of the former.
