Driven by the wave of emigration that has plagued Croatia in recent years, the Croatian government has decided to help young people who have decided to try their luck within the confines of Our Beautiful by providing youth loans.
Youth loans as an incentive
The state is subsidizing the purchase of apartments, and the latest applications for youth loans ended in early October. All those who are at most 45 years old and do not own the property they own or only have one that they sell to buy a bigger one, could apply for the subsidy.
The maximum price of an apartment or house to be purchased may not exceed EUR 100 thousand. That may be larger, but the difference in price will not be subsidized. The price of real estate per square, however, should not exceed 1500 euros, while the minimum repayment period of the loan is 15 years. Citizens rushed in with applications, which automatically raised the price of real estate.
How to get credit for young people

These are long-term loans with a strictly indicated purpose such as the purchase, construction, furnishing or conversion of an apartment or house. Typical security instruments are mortgages, insurance policies, promissory notes, bills of exchange and / or co-ownership.
And this means that the client would get a loan as a guarantee to the bank giving an apartment, a promissory note or a promissory note. This eliminates the risk of the bank and can settle the debt by selling the property if the client ceases to pay the same over time.
