There’s been a lot of talk about Starfield over the last few weeks, and the one question everyone keeps asking is- when exactly are we going to get to play the game? There’s been word that Microsoft is pushing for a 2021 launch, which many have recently been hopeful about, but as it turns out, we might have to wait a little longer than that for Bethesda’s new sci-fi RPG.
In the newest episode of Kinda Funny Gamescast, Blessing Adeoye Jr., while speaking about the game and its potential launch date, speculated a Q1 2022 launch (which would be between January and March). Not long afterward, GamesBeat’s Jeff Grubb, who’s been actively talking about Starfield details for some time now, sent out a tweet stating that Adeoye Jr. was right about Starfield’s launch window.
Recently, Grubb also said in no vague terms that Starfield is going to be exclusive to Xbox and PC, so if (for some reason) you were hoping for the game to come to PlayStation- well, don’t hold your breath.
Meanwhile, a bunch of screenshots from a 2018 build of the game also recently leaked. Check them out there here.
@BlessingJr You are right about Starfield release date.
